The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA will be rendering providers which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed with regards to the significant number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office devoted to service the area regularly. The services level produced for intervention experiences a superior influx of possible beneficiaries, that makes it complicated with the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to allow the servicing of all customers and increase use of Social Assistance solutions,” click here the agency said.
